Hot Toys is proud to present the 1/6th scale Sergeant Barnes Collectible Figure from the Platoon movie. The highly detailed Sergeant Barnes collectible is specially crafted based on the image of Tom Berenger in the movie, highlighting the newly sculpted head, military costume, gear and weapons.

It’s been a while back since I got my hands on Bandai’s SD Infinity VF-25F Messiah Alto Custom, and I’ve finally gotten round to writing a proper review for it. Check out what I have to say after the jump!

The simple and clean packaging. The first thing you would notice is how heavy the box is relative to the size of the figure. Why? It can only mean that there are diecast parts!

Sure enough, the figure is made of very sturdy plastic and diecast parts. Since the figure allows the requisite transformations between the 3 forms (valkyrie, gerwalk and battroid), the diecast parts really help to reinforce the figure.

It also helps that some of the diecast parts are painted in metallic hues, which is nice!

Transformation process itself is quite easy once you get the hang of it. Still, this wouldn’t be something you’d like your small kid brother to get his hands on.

The stand that comes included with the kit is functional enough. 3 different parts are included to attach the figure to the stand for each of the different modes.

I feel very lucky because I have no interested on this figure. Hot Toys releasing their figures too fast la…

After a long wait, he finally came to Malaysia. As an Assassin’s Creed series video games fan, this is a MUST collectible action figure. Ezio Auditore Da Firenze is a main character from Assassin’s Creed II and the coming soon Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood as well.
